the staff was amazing here. Every single person we spoke to was helpful and friendly. That's what really stood out to us apart from the good room size. Very high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel are evident. The hotel location is great.

i paid for a king suite with a bathtub, but i couldn't use it. The water was lukewarm, so it was cold by the time you filled it. The shower, however, was very hot.

the breakfast was underwhelming. powdered scrambled eggs and limited options were available. sausages were offered one day, bacon another, but never both. it reminded me of a budget meal, not what i expected, from the hotel

The hot water was unreliable. It was quite annoying. the lack of opening windows. I was further perplexed by the kitchen equipment. Why a cheese grater and colander but no sponge for washing cups?

location was Central, close to the train station. the beach was only fifteen minutes walk away. this spot was PERFECT because it's convenient to get around. the staff was friendly and helpful which i appreciate it. my room had a nice small kitchenette and amenities provided. breakfast was good so it was a very nice way to begin the day.

i noticed No housekeeping service was done at weekends. if staying for three nights, the trash and mess builds up.
